Hmm... ok, so the latest news here is that my friend Linda's blog comes up as the first result if you do a Google search for "tabehoudai" and "kyoto"! (tabehoudai means "all you can eat"). Heh, doesn't do much to break my stereotypes of what those Canadians do with all their spare time. Actually, if you think about it, I suppose that statement could be taken two ways, but that's ok - either one works.
The best I could do was "crazy vancouver takoyaki party"... :P
